Beyond Article 109, ambiguities and risks of control and censorship persist in the Telecommunications Law

During the third discussion forum convened by the Senate to analyze the proposed Federal Telecommunications and Broadcasting Law, representatives from the digital, social and public sectors agreed that removing Article 109 is not enough. They argued that further adjustments are needed in other sections of the regulation, as ambiguities remain, along with risks of excessive control and censorship.
